I just want to Thank Fred for being so professional and so friendly. He was exceptionally skilled at his profession and I am very thankful! Fred deserves a major raise because of how he treated me I will tell everyone I know where to go for music instruments! It says allot about having a amazing staff member as Fred! Just called to ask about what kind of guitar amps they had in stock and i was told " we only have three employees and we are too busy for that. And i should just order online" call me old school but i would prefer to try something before i drop $500. I live over an hour away from this store and all i wanted to know was if they had anything in my price range. This stores customer service has really gone down hill the last few years.
