Purchased a $130 bucket for 6 people (3 kids-12, 10 & 3). We all found more than 10 keepers a piece. The young gentleman went around and separated our minerals and gems from garden rocks and answered all of our questions. When we were finished our bucket we gathered at a table with a lady who went one by one with us to describe each piece we had. Our bucket came with 2 free cuts that took less than 3 weeks and came back better than expected. Can't wait to go again!

Honestly I loved the experience. Although the road there is a bit difficult to navigate its worth it. One of the best evenings I’ve experienced! I totally plan to come here again! 10/10 experience

We absolutely love coming to Lucky Lake. Our first visit left us feeling that we had an actual value-for-money experience. So much so, our second trip, three weeks later, we brought five more family …What an amazing review! We love sitting down one on one with our miners. As a teacher, seeing the wonder in the kids eyes as you tell them stories is something that stays with you. We hope to see you again soon!

What a fun little operation! My older kids had a great time, though my younger ones weren't interested for more than a few minutes. …I appreciate your review and honesty. We hate the longish waits, but I love taking the time to talk to and answer everyone’s questions. I hope you get back soon!

Nothing to get in. If you want to mine then your buckets are like 25.00; 50; and 75.00. Each bucket is guaranteed to be loaded with all kinds of gems that have been taken from the mine. For every bucket you purchase you get a large gem of your choice from the bucket you purchased cut free. If you want more cut they are 60.00 each but gud thing is you get to take all the gems you find home so you can get cut later if you decide. My wife and I been going there for years great place and very friendly people.

Do you actually mine the stones out or are they already there?

You get buckets of dirt that have specific amounts and types of gems in them. Then you run the dirt through a screen with a sluce (like panning for gold) to find the gems. My kids really enjoyed it.
