What a fantastic lunch! If you are a fried pickle fan, BUY THE DAMN PICKLES!!!!! HANDS down the best ever. And the A-1-A burger is on point. Amberleigh was our waitress and she was engaging, fun and not pushy. She actually manages the one they have in Farmville, but comes down to Blackstone once a week! It's about 45 minutes for us to get here, but trust and believe we will be back!!!!

This was my initial visit to tolls Brew House in Blackstone VA and I must say it was very underwhelming. I ordered Philly cheesesteak and fries and there are definitely areas to be improved. Cheesesteak was overflowing with cheese, my protein was over cooked and my veggies were burned. The fries were cooked to perfection, warm and crispy. Food was ready in a timely manner. Staff were friendly upon my pickup. It appeared they have some sort of music going on the background for their patrons, however I did not stay long enough to make out the occasion. The atmosphere appeared light and fun, I would definitely return to gauge the sit down experience. Overall, I am planning to return to this restaurant for another meal and sit down experience to gauge the real effectiveness of the staff, chefs, and menu.

Came in to a larger than expected establishment for lunch. The staff immediately greeted us and invited us to sit where we felt most comfortable. Our waitress was prompt and ready for our orders. She had a recommendation for every section of the menu with suggested drinks. My husband chose the State Fair burger and I tried the Mushroom Swiss with avocado. A new menu item is the street corn. It's not the same as you would find in a traditional sense, but it's a good way to open the door for exploring new food ideas. We prefaced lunch with fried pickles and I'm pretty sure the pickles are made locally and the breading an in house recipe. I've never had fried pickles like these. Absolute chefs kiss. Recommend trying them with a glass of the Old School IPA! This is a new date night spot for us!

The pulled pork street tacos are awesome. Great little restaurant/brew house. Laura is great. Made me feel like I've known her for years. For it being my first time there I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area
