HORRIBLE service. They don't even deserve one star. They're inconsistent with their routes. They don't advise parents of changes then blame you for not knowing there were changes. The dispatchers are rude and incompetent. I understand why they work there. It's probably the only job their skillset will qualify them for. The company take zero accountability for their mistakes. They have no business working with children. TRASH.

this bus company does not care about the students AT ALL . my special needs son has been left out in the cold because transportation can not let the familys now buses are running 30 to 1 HR late. its 29 outside on a number of theses days and unless the parents call there out in the cold waiting.

THE WORST! Never do business with this company. My daughter hired them to provide shuttle transportation for her wedding and they canceled two days before the wedding. When I called to speak with them the woman was extremely rude and then she hung up on me.
