This place is awful. They caused additional damage to my vehicle before bringing it back to me. My license plates, and windshield wipers stolen were stolen. They also damaged my exhaust. There was no reason for them to have caused so much damage to my vehicle. And when asked about this, they, of course, tried to lie and point to Caliber Collision. I had to deal with IAA when the insurance company needed to determine what my vehicle was worth. Advice to others: take photos before and after you give your car to these people…

Because I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every one of them without making me feel rushed. So kudos to you, and the staff there keep doing an amazing work.
