I went there just to get my first time consultation and before we finished our talk for the first time I got neck and spine heat treated and aligned Dr. Maggs knows what he’s doing!

(Review is based off initial consultation visit) Great office and great office staff. This will be updated after a few visits, but there are some great things to point out right off the bat as well as the only con that has come to light. PROS: 1. Easy to communicate via text or call with auto updates sent via text if you prefer (and I do). 2. Great communication from the office staff on every aspect thus far. 3. I love the approach Dr. Maggs takes with all the research. I read research papers on everything since the internet is filled with BS and people don't realize that many articles are anecdotal (which has its place along with research), paid by the company or product in question (biased), or in vitro and not quite that applicable to humans yet. He backs his claims and this is what really drove me to choose his office. 4. My bill was commensurate with my treatment. I've been to myriad chiropractors and only one other (in Vegas), didn't just charge me a fixed amount even if just talking to me. I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income (paying out of pocket), so this is extremely important to me. 5. Dr. Maggs, similar to the Gonstead method, does scans before treatment. I think the proper way to do many treatments is to combine the best aspects of traditional methodologies with modern aspects, or Eastern and Western medicine combined. No one method is 100% correct on its own IMO. 6. He stresses the importance of our feet. In TCM, they say the feet are the second heart since they are that important. My acupuncturist states this regularly. He is the only non- TCM/Ayurvedic practitioner I've heard state this as well. 7. Last, and maybe the most important, Dr. Maggs began the session asking my to review my issues AND my expectations. He then made it clear what he would and wouldn't be doing during my first session. Many come in wanting to be adjusted, but he will wait for the proper scans. I think this is great, but even if you didn't, you'd at least be well informed so you don't leave the office disappointed in that regard. CONS: 1. Apple maps doesn't give clear directions to their entrance. This isn't really on the office of course, and I will try Google Maps (which is much better lol) next time. It shows you where the office is, but I had to turn around to enter in the proper spot. Not a big deal at all, but something to be wary of.
