No stars - the only reason there's one showing is because I had to, to get this to post. I don't know who's writing the other reviews, but Jarrett Ford's service department is NEVER helpful. Customer service is awful, consistently disappointing, and nearly non-existent. They always say "There's nothing wrong", and my husband had the same experiences with his 2019 F250. I have a Premier Care extended warranty plan that has been useless at this dealership.

Òver this past weekend, my husband and I drove from Pinellas County (St. Petersburg) to look at a specific vehicle we had been searching for. We wanted a white bmw x1 with very low miles, navigation and backup cameras that included panoramic views. I called and left a message for Mark but he had someone else return my call. His name was Ray. Ray had the vehicle parked up front and ready for us to drive and we went on a long test drive. that was very nice because you want to see how the car will drive on different terrain. When we got back to the dealership I told Ray what I wanted out of my trade and what I was willing to pay for the new car. He came back and said congratulations! It was such an easy car buying experience. It was that simple. We went in to finance and got the lowest rate we had ever qualified for. We definitely will be sending our friends and family there. Ray has a customer for life! I can't say enough wonderful things about JARRETT FORD! Good luck and keep treating people with respect and you will keep getting customers! Thank you for everything ❤️.
