Been coming here for years. They always do a good job. Just understand it's a mechanic shop, not fast food. Their work is complicated and you might have to wait.

This place is the worst! I took a tire in to be fixed and the tires rotated 4 HOURS later ( oh yes in the waiting area) I got back home to find out they never rotated the tires! BUT silly me I gave them another shot 6 months later(today 8/5/22) made an appointment for tire rotation and decided while there to have an alignment also. I was told 15 minutes for rotation 30-40 minutes on the alignment. An hour later I go to check on the vehicle to find out it was done and the keys were on the counter. BUT they couldn't do the alignment for some reason I didn't understand THEN WHY LEAVE ME WAITING OVER AN HOUR????. WHEN I got home I found they didn't even rotate the tires!!!! I had marked them so I would know. What a way to treat repeat customers! We will never go back
