Love the staff at the Fletcher office. I recently had to get blood work done (a major phobia of mine) as well as an HSG procedure and they could not have been more caring, with one of the nurses physically holding my hand. After the blood work, which was done painlessly, I did begin to pass out. The girls in the office leapt into action faster than I could blink! Got me awake and into a room where they monitored, hydrated, and fed me until my vitals were normal again, all while helping me to laugh at the situation. The same thing happened to me years ago at a different office and that staff just stuck me into a room alone until I felt better. What a world of difference. Special shout-out to Kassie, Danielle, Michelle, and Mimi for patiently nursing me through the ordeal like the compassionate and skilled professionals they are!

One of the front desk staff is very rude. Also seems like they don’t know what their doing.

HORRIBLE experiences here …. RMG knew at the beginning of our journey that I WASN’T healthy enough to proceed to IVF. SO WHY DID they badger us to proceed with donor eggs & donor embryos ??? At the beginning of our journey ( prior to collecting our money in full ) they constantly called us. Even at work I’d receive calls about different matches available. RMG takes advantage of us infertile couples - WE are ALL easy prey, willing to do anything to have our precious babies We were pushed into proceeding with donor egg and to choose our match in a big rush - even though they knew I wasn’t healthy enough at that time to attempt IVF. RMG had refused IVF procedure, due to my numerous health issues. BUT even knowing that I wasn’t physically healthy enough to even proceed to IVF, They badgered us non stop until we chose donor egg, paid our 35000 balance they received their balance in full. It’s been years now since I’ve last heard from them. Never ever even had the chance to do IVF. A few years ago, I even called to let them know that we felt “forgotten.” Nurse said she’d follow up with me but NEVER heard from this group again!! . We still have frozen embryos in their storage - yet I’m not healthy enough to ever have IVF!!!! Every year we pay 400 to store our donor embryos. As soon as I didn’t pay on time this year, I get a phone call!! Just yesterday. Turns out that they do know how to pick up the phone to follow up with their patients after all. BUT just so that they can squeeze out even more money from you. Our feelings are justified - if I wasn’t healthy enough to proceed to IVF, then why did they proceed with donor eggs AND embryos and accept our 35000 dollars? And take advantage of our feelings of despair? BEWARE of this place ! They’ll take your money and forget about you. I don’t feel bad for writing this review because it’s completely honest and from my broken heart.

My best advice is to stay far away from this place unless you are truly desperate. I was a patient of Dr. Goodman's, but I don't think she ever actually knew my name. There were CONSTANT miscommunications and absolutely zero patient education about anything at all. She wasn't even given my records until 20 minutes into our first visit. The last time I was there, I had three different people verify my pharmacy (the receptionist, the nurse, and the person who checked me out). The next day, I still hadn't heard from the pharmacy and when I called, they said they were never sent anything. I reached out to RMG and a nurse said they needed my pharmacy information to send it over - even though I could see it listed on my account and three people had verified it. You are lucky if they answer your call. Dr. Goodman also seemingly does not know what empathy is and she really did not seem to care about my medical history at all (other reviews mention that she's cold, there's a reason for that). I eventually spoke to the office manager, Kelly, and all she did was continuously defend how I had been treated. She showed more concern about me using a curse word ONE time (which was NOT used against her or anyone there, it was said out of hysterics because this place made me feel absolutely crazy) than she was about me voicing VALID concerns about how her office was handling my records, all of their screw-ups, and their overall treatment towards me. Please spare yourself the time, money, energy, and emotions - go somewhere else that will actually care about YOU.

You will probably have to have a consultation first. Then you will get the information from the financial office. Good luck.
