Computer training should be on YOUR time, not patients time. Was called and asked if I had my MRI disk 3 times when your office already had it. (all 3 times) Would not reschedule my 4th appointment because your staff text me, (not called) to say I owed $69.00 from last visit. Really? Been in pain for months with no help in pain management. Shut my business down to keep my appointment and your scanner does not communicate with your computer. Really not my issue. Some front desk staff are snotty. If your are a specialist, your office should be compassionate (as you say) not grumpy fixing their hair in a mirror in the lobby. 5th visit, after x pay, MRI, etc., to discuss surgery. Asked how much, told me to call accounting. Called accounting on 8/2. No discussion of surgery in my notes. No one knows the cost. 5 visits, severe knee pain, no one knows about my knee surgery? I think you need to get your office and notes together. In fact, your receptionist fixing her hair constantly and giving people attitudes has got to go.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Cant seem to get anyone in the office to help me get a new patient appt. 5 calls 2 texts to 2 different people over 4 days ?

Husband had a knee replacement. Afterwards he asked why his leg was crooked and was told that it wasn't, that it was due to a fallen arch. He tried to talk to her and she kept insisting everything was good. Confirmed with another doctor that the knee replacement was not done properly and he would eventually need another knee replacement. You can hear the knee click and see it moving around when he walks. He's afraid now that it's going to give out on him. Thank you Doctor Cook for being so arrogant you can't even discuss what went wrong and be truthful. My husband understands that sometimes surgeries go wrong but it would have been nice if you would have admitted it or at least listened to him and tried to discover what was wrong instead of just insisting everything was good.

Dr. Cook began her journey with me after a fall that fractured both my legs. A year later, a 2nd TKR and two years later , emergency surgery on that same leg after she found my knee was Septic! She got me through hell and supported me throughout. I highly recommend this compassionate competent surgeon

You would have to call the office and ask on both of those questions... maybe go to her website?
