1st time ever this has happened to me. I was called to confirm an appt. when I arrived was told my appt. was at an earlier time. I wrote it down. I am very disappointed with this practice since Well Med came in. Very rude front office staff. Amber is a god send. I hope she is still at the office on Little Rd. Another girl that was there was very rude.I love Dr.Roose but traveling to tarpon isn't in the cards. I will have to see.

Dr. Beth is amazing. I have been going to her for years. Since the new facility opened I am bummed out that it has made the process of getting in and seeing her really difficult. I had an appointment set up and Dr. Beth couldn't make it that day which I understand, life! But I feel like instead of making me wait another almost 2 months to re-schedule me, I should have been first priority especially the fact that its about how bad my asthma is.
