My experience with this practice was wonderful! Especially during these crazy times we are living in. As soon as I pulled up and text the staff that I had arrived they came out with all of my paperwork and explained the entire process. Everyone was practicing social distancing and wearing masks. There are only about 5or6 pages to initial. Then after collecting my paperwork and payment, the Dr came out within 10 min and discussed every step and questions I had. You can't beat their price as well!! I would highly recommend Trinity Relief to anyone needing to obtain their medical marijuana card!!

Go to this clinic only if you want to pay twice as much as you would for any other doctor. I was charged over $400 for a short "get to know you" consultation. Thank goodness the doctor didn't have to diagnose anything. I may have had to take out a second mortgage to pay for it.

Not sure what insurance he takes now but he is a excellent doctor. His staff is very nice and kind.
Im not sure on that i don't recall i had to do that. but the best thing is to call the office and then I'm sure they can walk you through this
