Very fast service! The staff at the counter are very helpful! Easy to find parking. I drive all over the area and prefer this post office to all of the others. This one is the quickest to pop in and out of.

You have to go to that Post office in person to get a key, as long as you have change of address put in
No eustis post office was closed they will be open tomorrow but your carrier will be late they arent letting them start until noon
Carrier pick ups are when your address is being serviced with mail unless carrier has no room in their vehicle they will return at the end of their route.
I would go on line in make a complaint. The Post Office will be required to follow up with you regarding the matter. All carriers are required to stop at my boxes with flags up whether they have mail for them or not. They have changed a few route times so the time of day they are passing your box your flag may not be visible. Flags that are not the same color of the mail box, bright red, yellow and etc are easier to see.
