I live in Polk County a I bought my first truck from Vann Gannaway Chevy in 2017. After dealing with some of my local dealerships I was hesitant on making the drive North to Eustis to look at a truck they had listed on the internet. Mike Bradner was my salesman at the time, he listened to me when I mentioned where I wanted to be on my purchase. They had a no hassle approach and worked with me to earn my business when my local dealerships didn't listen to what I had to say and they played games. I have recently been in the market to buy another truck and I made another trip to Vann Gannaway Chevy to look at thier inventory, Mr Bradner is now the sales manager and he remembered me back from 2017 and greeted me when I walked in I don't think any other salesman I have dealt with would have remembered me from five years ago. Roman Hernandez was the salesman working with me this time and unfortunately they didn't have anything in their inventory within the price range but every time they take in a new truck Mr Hernandez sends me a text with pictures of a new arrival and information about the vehicle no other salesman at the other dealerships have reached out to me on a new vehicle they have just taken in. I have since purchase a truck from a different Chevy dealership and that experience was nothing like what you get with the team at Vann Gannaway Chevy in Eustis. They get a 5 star from me.
