Doctor Sheri Bisby is a dangerous person and please do not take this review lightly. As a former employee I can tell you that anyone who comes here is in great danger. She SCREAMS at staff in front of patients, she belittles them and expects them to be perfect with NO training. She cannot operate the e-clinical, cannot spell correct and all of the sudden her insane notes become YOUR problem. You often are not paid on time, she calls you family then attacks you viciously. NO CRYING IN NEUROLOGY is her mantra and calls you weak for crying after she viciously attacks your color, your language, you disability, blames you for her mistakes and inability to master work 3 days into the job. It is an abusive environment. They fire patients for standing up for themselves and asking important questions, challenging her. OSHA and HIPAA standards are NOT compliant. She reuses needles during botox and steroid injections and NO GLOVES. The only employee she values is her "rock star" who would often engage unethical practices at the word of Doctor Bisby. The Doctor needs psychiatric care and substance abuse care, she has come to work so altered that her "rock star" had to take her home. She once signed her name "Dr Sheri Birthday" and mistook a highlighter for an antidepressant while angrily carrying on about a staff member leaving the medication out for patients to grab. She has been incoherent and does not remember conversations. She is very dangerous. I have seen personally and heard stories from staff (who have no problem talking poorly about her) about the altered mental status and mistreatment of employees and nearly causing a patient to lose their life. I have seen terrible treatment and "dropping of the ball" with patients with serious and degenerative disorders. She blames her staff for mistakes when it is her incompetence. Someone needs to get the medical board to yank her license. This is terrible. I am not sure how she still has patients, she cancels clinic at her whim. She admittedly has a personality disorder. She is dangerous. PLEASE go somewhere else. I was fired after several days of challenging the unethical and immoral behavior. If i had stayed I would be complicit. FYI they upcharge/miscode to get more money from insurance. It is all about money and not patient care.

I have scheduled numerous appointments. I had phone appointments scheduled and they never called me finally I’ve been in and out of the hospital because of my medical problems. I’m supposed to get an MRI. I went to their office to see what the heck is going on because they either reschedule me or never called me back and one time I had an one appointment in office and she took the couple ahead of me when I had the first appointment of the day I waited and hour and had to go to work in the Meantime I’m having paralyzed arms Mini strokes etc

Just left the office had the most best experience with Sheri! She is so kind and listens it’s like talking to a friend! So glad I chose to go see her!

VA community care sent me to this doctor for neurological tests on my neck and arm pain and each time I came for my scheduled appointment I was told my appointment was canceled. Today, April 12th, was the third time I showed up for my scheduled appointment only to find out it was canceled. There was no one at the desk when I checked in. The staff was outside doing landscaping work. Two dogs were running around in the parking lot without a leash. Someone finally came in and asked me if I had an appointment. She asked if anyone had called me. I asked “for what?” She said my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I told her that won’t be necessary. I will be contacting the VA and having the doctor taken off the community care list since this doctor is so unprofessional and cannot notify patients of canceled appointments. I do not recommend going to this office. While I was on the phone with the VA trying to find another neurologist, the Outback Steakhouse delivered a large amount of food to the office. So I guess my appointment was canceled for either a large meeting or party. I don’t know but patients do not seem to be a priority with this doctor. Extremely unprofessional.
