I feel like George Nahas should have been responsible for the part of the car rental I had to pay for because it was past the 6 days that ally was paying for. It isn't my fault that a vehicle I bought from you guys broke down and you couldn't get the part. None of that should have fallen on me. Also they had to do a regin on my vehicle and charged me for it also because it was required after putting in the new part. A vehicle under warranty shouldn't have costed me 595.00. George nahas isn't treating their customers right. We could have taken it to the dade city chevy dealer and they would have paid for the rental or gave us a loaner vehicle and done the forced regin on them. They have done it on the other chevy my husband owns. You guys should be ashamed of yourself your ripping your customers off!

Somewhat lengthy but true... On July 25, 2022, I took my 2014 Chevrolet Impala into George Nahas Chevrolet to have an H-VAC actuator replaced which had failed and was making an intermittent but noticeable tapping noise behind the passenger side of the dashboard. Within 10-12 minutes of picking my car up after being serviced, the very same tapping noise from the very same location could be heard. I returned with the car and the service manager told me that the failed actuator had been replaced and that, apparently, another actuator had managed to go bad in those 10-12 minutes it took me to drive home, and an additional $1,200.00 would be needed to fix it. None of this seemed right to me. I told the service manager I felt his explanation defied common sense and wasn't even possible as the same tapping noise was coming from the same location. I have no real way of knowing which actuator (if any) was replaced, but it certainly was not the one making all the noise when I first brought the car in for service. He persisted in telling me I was mistaken, and I soon found myself engaged in an actual shouting match with him in his office. Any automotive repair shop can of course misdiagnose and/or fail to properly fix a car, but it's the steps taken afterward in the direction of customer service that separate the good shops from the bad, the honest from the dishonest. In nearly five decades of vehicle ownership, never have I witnessed what happened that day at the George Nahas Chevrolet Service Department. Consider: * They failed to properly repair my car. * They offered an unbelievable excuse as to why they failed. * They charged me $400.55 with nothing to show for it then actually tried to roll me for 3x more that amount. * They were dismissive of a legitimate customer complaint. Two separate emails to front-office management concerning this incident went unanswered. (As a sidenote, I took my car to a nearby independent repair shop where the faulty actuator was fixed for less than half the $400.55 George Nahas Chevrolet charged me to not fix it.) If you read the other negative reviews for this dealership across various social media platforms, you notice they quite often respond with a combative and defensive reply. That is precisely the overall tone they showed me in addressing my complaint against them. Think twice, potential customers.

No idea, sorry
Take it somewhere else if you want a good honest Deal
I've been servicing my vehicles there for 4 years with no problems. Bought my current car from there and they bent over backwards to works with me. I find the staff very friendly and courteous.
