Walked in to to change address on drivers licence and vehicle registration. Waited about 15 minutes. Transaction took about 10 minutes. Great clerk, very helpful.

If your asking to take the test in spanish yes they do.
Can drug test for learner permit can it be done in person?? I have find no office that provide in person does someone now? 🤔

Can I register a car to florida from out of state at the jasmine square office.
You'll need your birth certificate, passport, ID from previous state and a current light bill, lease or something that shows your current address. As far as appointments, if you're just going to get a DL and tags no appointments are needed. Hope this helps.
