I have been taking Shuttleliner for very long time and my trips to and from the Orlando Airport has been pleasurable but recently this year their service don't pick up in my zip code 34479, and now I have to get to the Downtown Hilton. I hope that service pick up at my home be restored in the future.

Have used Shuttleliner of Ocala a few times and have always had great service. This time Jeff was the driver. He contacted me the night before reminding me of my pick up time and location at the airport. Then on my arrival date he contacted me to say a passenger had canceled allowing us to leave the airport early. Yeah, for me and the other passenger who didn't have to sit around waiting that extra hr. Jeff was great to talk with on the drive to Ocala. He was very informative, interesting, professional and most importantly, a safe driver.
