Construction, waited over an hour, check in at one building then have to walk to another

So far I can say there is some SERIOUS trouble in this location handling appointment scheduling. Had appt scheduled, next day receive a VM saying the date is "not actually available" she stated. Called back and rescheduled...now I get another VM saying not avail...called to fix it again and NOONE answers the phone! Will update my review.. Update** received another VM saying my appt has to change AGAIN!!!!!(3rd time) Call back to verify & excuse was renovation going on in building even tho other 2 excuses were appt isnt available at that time.

I recently went to your center for a test that I needed. I have been coming to this center for at least 12 years… I have never experience such unpleasantness. You have two people in your office, my personal experience, that are the most rude and will cost you money in the end… The MRI tech is extremely rude, so unfriendly and Cold, no feelings what so ever for the patients… I had no mask on due to a medical condition, however, she could care less… and I do understand how horrify some of you are about the virus, but regardless of that, You have A Job to do, if you are so afraid then find another Job… I really wish I could remember her name, but I am older so I don’t remember. How many times does a person have to say “Thank You” before someone says “Your Welcome!” Well, I said Thank You about 6 times, And Never heard a Your Welcome from Your tech. A Matter of principle For Me! Get another Job if you are so afraid to deal with someone Without a Mask… You don’t know wether I am vaxx or Not… Ok, next person in line. You have a Latino woman/Columbian woman working In the front desk, why? I don’t know, not only she thinks she runs the place, but she has also a terrible attitude.. Rude, loud and Obnoxious. Oh my God this is your Job! I worked with the public for 35 years and you can learn a few things about dealing with patients… Again, You will loose a lot of money if you don’t handle these rude people in your office… It’s not my nature to ever complain about anything like this this, but I felt very uncomfortable in your office, regardless weather I was wearing a mask or not… You can’t force me to wear anything on my face if I can’t.. I am also A Human Being As Yourself, so wake up and start treating people the way you should…. The rest of the staff is just lovely! Thank You!
