Thank you for asking this question. Currently, Covid safety protocol is quite seemless at 538. These procedures are currently mandated and certainly will change in accordance to our city and state guidelines. Internally, our shop and its common areas are cleaned/sterilized on daily basis and we greet our guests/clients following covid protocols with a mask. All of our employees at 538 are vaccinated against this virus and we follow capacity limitation at the shop. In regard to guests entering 538, the following steps will take a total of 15 seconds: They are greeted by our concierge at the gate for visual check for a proper mask. An IPad recognizes body temperature and green lights the guest to use a sterilized pen to sign in their name and time of entrance. The used pen is then discarded in a different box to be sterilized later. An automatic had sanitizer is used on guest hands and they are welcomed to our shop.
