Best local sandwich shop, old style. Line up, view ingredients and order face to face with the lovely hardworking staff. Always busy, great prices, fresh bread and greens. Indeed, old family style experience that satisfies! My go-to is no 4 Turkey/cheese on fresh baguette. Try it, it’s fun!

Anyone thinking of eating here should reconsider; the staff making the sandwiches and taking orders is extremely rude, not just one employee but at least four when I went in today to order two sandwiches. Prices are very reasonable so I wouldn't have let the awful customer service affect me if the food was good, because the sandwich is a lot for the price, but the food was awful, sandwich was dry and the cheddar cheese was old. If you want a good sandwich and good customer service DO NOT go here; drive north about 15 minutes and go to Daughter's Deli instead, you will be happy you did.

Amazing sandwiches, wine, and everything else! Their foods at an amazing price considering the quality and store location, at just about $9-12 per sandwich (insanely worth it!!). Definitely a local gem with its small, yet rarely cramped aesthetic atmosphere.

We are adhering to LA County Health Dept. guidelines, including but not limited to the following: We are take-out only for our sandwiches and have imposed a capacity limit of 6 customers in the store at any one time, again as instructed by the LACH Dept. There is no indoor or outdoor seating at this time. All employees are temperature-checked daily and all employees are masked at all times. Hope this helps.
I would call them directly and ask this question to get a definite answer.
Dont think they take amex. I believe soprressata salami and the imported italian prosciutto are the most favored.
