A huge waste of time and money. Mr. Pilka must think a lot of himself. He charged me a $200.00 consultation fee. That was fine and I agreed to that before going to see him. However he did not help me in anyway. All he did was tell me how much his retainer and hourly fee would be. He could have told me that on the phone and not waste my time. My advise is find an attorney that is not just money hungry.

Very professional and courteous. This firm was hired by the community management that mishandled the notification of pending debt for a recently installed water meter due to a wrong address assigned to the invoices under my name for a townhouse I own (which is currently occupied by a tenant). The community management decided to hire a lawyer (Pilka Adams & Reed) instead of sending me the invoices to my address (even though all other communications from this community management have been received without any problems for the past ten years) . This firm (Pilka Adams & Reed) helped me navigate and resolved this issue in a timely manner. Christine C. was very gracious and responsive when answering my questions. Writes letters on behalf of association boards without having proof to verify false accusations. Not surprisingly had no response when proven he was incorrect. In response to your response: I did and you did nothing to correct it. Diligent is not exactly the word I would use...

My family lost our mother in July. It was unexpected and very hard. One of my sisters and I had been made personal representatives for our mothers trust. I live out of state and my sister lives 3 hours from Lakeland. We went for a consult with an attorney in Lakeland and he only added to our stress with arrogance and pure disregard to what we were going through.
