I ordered magazines and grips for a 60s Colt Challenger in Jan 2020. Received the magazines promptly; grips were coming "from Czech Republic" at a later date due to backorder and eventually Covid. My card was only charged for the mags at that time. Recieved v/m regarding Grips in Aug but was in backcountry and couldn't respond in time, and grips was sold to another buyer. Reordered as I couldn't find another reasonable priced source. I waited and received them eventually in March 2021. Yes, this was a long wait. Was it frustrating? Yes. But having worked in retail for 40+ years, I have been on the receiving end of complaints that have been reasonable; but mostly unreasonable and petty. I have learned to be patient and understanding. Triple K came through and is working to make satisfied customers as well as profit for the company in difficult retail times.

I ordered a pair of grips over 40 business days ago. I called a couple times and every time I called they said it would be shipped out by the end of the week. I asked for a refund and they said they have never billed my card, BUT THEY DID. They tried to say that it was my bank holding the charge. Don’t deal with these scammers.

My order of vintage pistol grips was shipped fast. After receiving them the 50 year old pistol developed other problems. I decided to abandon the project and returned the grips. There was no problem returning them and they fully refunded the purchase price. Customer service was great, Thank You!

Worst customer service and products I have ever ordered or dealt with! I ordered an ESP baton, when i received it it was triple K, they false advertised company takes no responsibility for a chipped, molded, used, and corrosion on the threads !! the company never respond to emails and if the product is damaged, you have to pay 1st class shipping to return , which they say they will reimburse you! A normal company would apologize for that! This I would never recommend anyone ever buying from them!!! Waste of money!!!
