Haven't bought anything from these fellas in 41 years !, but I bought a few things today and they are still the best in the business. No excuses, no long waits on the phone as with "COMP", and they are sending my parts on the same day that I ordered them, TODAY. This is how it is supposed to be.

Terrible communication, and I mean truly terrible. The guy I worked with was never in his office or available to talk. He had short hours and was never there when he said he would be. Receptionists were hit or miss if they were polite or rude, and often did not want to bother helping. They took weeks longer than they said which is annoying but happens so some understanding there is ok. They charged me two weeks before the work was even done, not nice to see that charge and find out they are not done and won’t be for a couple more weeks. One cam had an issue that needed welding, which they weren’t willing to do, fair enough my machine shop fixed it. I was sent the cam card after getting my regrind done and it was filled with errors that need to be resolved and clarified. When I talked to them they said nope it’s fine, even though timing was listed as 337 degrees which is of course not correct. Getting emails answered takes around a week and calls were never returned. Please take your business to someone who actually cares.
