I would give this place zero stars but, Google won’t allow me too. This place is ABSOLUTELY horrible! They currently have a very bad mice infestation and they’re sending The Pest Control person to spray for the infestation I mean who does that?! The County and or HUD should’ve shut and tore this place down long time ago! All of this money that they’re getting from the federal government and they won’t provide no descent place for their tenants? The water pressure is horrible amongst all other things! Ugghhh!

This place is HORRIBLE it reminds me of the ghetto a lot of people are smoking inside the apartments when you aren’t supposed to also the section where I was at did not look kid friendly....people was playing loud music early in the morning waking up my newborn but I just had to leave definitely not a Safe location for anybody WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Depends on when you did the application take up to 6 months or more maybe quicker for you cause you disable not sure you have to. Call the office during the week thank you and have a blessed day

This is a good guess..If the Affordable Rent mentioned for Volusia County in the AR Handbook is right? It should be around $715 for a 1 Bedrrom, 1 Bath. I only gave you my guess, because no one seems to be answering, and I'm lookin for my mom, too.
