Hoping that Chuck's opens back up real soon. Nothing less than 5 star Que every time I've eaten there. The only BBQ restaurant I've been to that has the confidence to post their BBQ rub recipe on the wall for all to see. My favorites are the pulled pork sandwich, corn bread, beans, and spare ribs.

Good setup and very good food. I had the ribs and coleslaw. The BBQ sauce was very good too. The only problem was that there was no salt in the rub. I feel like the ribs would stay a bit more moist and would develop a better bark if they put salt and sugar in the rub and grind it a bit coarser. Needed a thicker rub. Otherwise was really good.
