The ladies at the front desk are fantastic. But my xray tech was the rudest xray tech ever. I cant even tell you her name because shebhad no name tag and didnt introduce herself with a name. I just had a car accident and am having issues standing in one spot from back pain which was why i was getting xrays. She was so rude about it. Her customer service needs alot of work.

They made me wait for just a simple disk of my MRI. Everything is snails pace. The people who did my MRI were so snotty. Made a bad experience worse with their attitude.

Not very pleasant staff working at the front desk. I hate going into a office and not feeling welcomed. Better off going to tower or else where .

Made appointment here for my husband for an open MRI. They called and asked if we could come in earlier. We did. Then we were told they couldn't do the MRI on him.

Hello Ceil! This can vary depending on your body weight, prior surgery in the neck (spinal hardware, fusion), and number of sequences or series required for your specific diagnosis. At our institution, in general, your total effective dose would lie somewhere between 1.5 to 3.0 msV for this type of study.
Hi Patrick - Prices for an MRI of the knee vary based on your insurance and exact type of MRI needed, but in general may cost a few hundred if completely out of pocket. Please call our office M-F and click the prompt for self-pay or billing inquiries. Thank you!
Gary, unfortunately I'm not able to answer that due to the fact that I have Medicaid and Medicare which covered my bill and I don't know what that cost I'm sorry.
Hi Thomas, Currently, we have not activated online appointment scheduling due to multiple issues regarding patient Rx, insurance authorization/verification, and pre-procedural laboratory work that may be required prior to receiving a scan or procedure. As such, we request you call in to schedule to receive those detailed instructions which may be unique to your medical history. That being said, we are working on an integrated platform in the very near future which may help some patients (not all) be able to schedule online if they have medically simple and non-invasive radiology needs. Thank you for your question though, and we will make announcements when this is implemented! - Dr. Das
Depends on ins. If out of pocket $300 - $400, and depends on the MRI. Call and ask them, they can tell you depending on your ins or if you don't have ins what the price is.
Hi Linda. Yes we do have a patient portal. You will need to ask our staff for a login ID and password. When you get one, go to www.excelmedicalimaging.com, click on Physician/Patient login. Scroll down to "For patients" category and click on "Please click here" where it says. You will then be directed to the login page and your reports will be available to you once you log in. If you have any issues, please contact us during office hours to speak with our technical staff. - Excel Team
Also please have an appropriate prescription and any insurance authorization completed before arrival, as this can prolong your wait time.
The night before exam and one hour prior to appointment time
