Fast. Friendly and efficient, I was again impressed today with the Staff on deck getting prices on disc breaks for my 2003 Honda Accord EX... came in at just under $100 for all four sets; great until we got to the part about they didn't have the rear breaks in stock. So, I went back to O'Reilly's, and wound up saving $25 over what NAPA woulda got from me, if I had bought the set then and there.... Ah, Life! Two bad alternators in a row from here. Got my money back for the alternator but not after paying a shop to find out the problem and buying a alternator from their supplier and paying 2x labor because of 2nd bad alternator. NAPA Online offers product information including manufacturer, cost, availability and features. Customers can select and compare specific products like car brakes, batteries and filters. However, if you are looking for more specific information and need expertise, contact your local NAPA store.
