Now I can see why there reviews are so bad had an appt today Friday aug 25 2022. Called to confirm yesterday no mention of anything about blood work which I have and I have referral on hand and they call me up 1 hr before appt to cancel stating they didn’t receive anything from primary care but never stated that the day prior when I confirmed appt. Front office women could careless like o well attitude to bad. I guess always read reviews

I seldomly write reviews but.. I went yesterday for test results. I asked for a copy of the results and was questioned as to why. Told Dr I had a friend that was a nurse, questioned me in regards to years in nursing, type of practice and then stated the nurse wouldn't understand the results! I couldn't believe it. My body, my test results, my right.

Extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism by Christine and Katie in the office, particularly. Here’s a thought that the office staff should know, when patients contact your office, they may not be just scheduling routine care but are in distress and need to be helped without interrogation, doubt and turned away (while sitting in the office waiting room!) for a minor issue. Incredibly callous.
