No good customer service management doesn’t communicate with tenant and parking is horrible. Feel trapped I’m an apt that is crumbling and they won’t fix anything on time or at all period. Done a lot of work on my own didn’t get no credit for it and no follow up is being done they also never answer the phone

I have been living in Elmwood Village for about 2 years and half and I must say that the staff and their maintenance crew get their job done. I am very satisfied and please to reside in this complex. I get my repairs done quick and if it cannot get done the same day a staff from the office will call and keep me posted which I really like they keep their resident on the loop of what's going on with the repairs. I received a call less than 2 weeks ago in regards to my washing machine, stating that it was not able to be repaired and I received a new one yesterday that was amazing!!.Very responsible and reliable, I definitely recommend this apartment complex. The staff are respectful, they do not give attitude to the residents, and are very polite. I work for a management company myself and I must say Morgan Properties get their job done faster than where I work at, so being able to see it from both sides I will say Morgan Properties are good at what they do and how quickly they respond to what is needed and to their residents needs and questions. Thank you Morgan Properties for all your great and hard work and for always providing me great services!!. J.M
