I have made COUNTLESS phone calls and messages to them for a few weeks now, and absolutely not one return call. I don't understand why they cannot return a call, even if they are busy....no excuse.

Called their office and talked to a lady about an issue I have with my mobile home .She said it would be a month to two months and I said that was okay. Well, it's now going on 10 weeks....you leave messages and no one calls you back. Might as well talk to yourself.
