Great facility, but overwhelmed. And bankers hours. Should be open ten hours a day, six days a week like other facilities in surrounding areas.

The layout is easy enough and the areas to dump are conveniently located . The staff is also very friendly. BUT, with 4 cars in front of me, it took 25 minutes to get a ticket to go inside, took me 5 minutes to unload, then ANOTHER 25-30 minutes to pay. That’s absurd. I made 4 trips back to back and it wasted my whole day just waiting in the lines. Please, add an additional helper or 2 or 3 for the ticket booth, and invest a faster point of sale system. There is MUCH to be improved on the process.

There used to be an efficient set up where small vehicles could pay a flat fee upfront and not have to wait in line on the way out. For some reason that was eliminated. I understand that maybe more waste was coming out of small vehicles than was expected. But it was a very efficient process. I would rather pay double than sit in the 15 vehicle deep line. that I will be waiting in for the next half hour… The old process reduced lines and wait times.

The yard wast driver just emptied my neighbors can,I guess it had stuff in it that wasn't supposed to be in it. He had to climb up inside to get the wrong stuff out. Then threw trash in the can and on the ground to be blown into our yard. Not very professional. This was on Mississippi Av around 11 o'clock. Don't worry I picked up your mess you left...
