My return process went smoothly. I walked in and had no idea where to go but the security guard was so friendly and told me where to go and let me leave my products behind the counter while I went and found other items to exchange.

When I want success I go to Ross for Less. Seriously. They have some really nice clothes and bargains and deals at this fine location in Pasadena, California. It's not just for people who cannot afford things Ross for Less is for everyone!

The Truth

I like shopping here because of the prices and I can style the clothes for nice photos. There's a nice selection for good prices for the whole family and we range from a 6mth old to a plus 60yr old and everyone leaves with something. The reason for the 2 stars taken away are those doggone Loss Prevention greeters!!! Jeez man, calm down!! I understand, it's there to alert people to not steal and for safety possibly, so we can continue to get great prices and shop safely, I get it. But this time, I'm walking in with my 5yr old and it's that time in life where something just happened as we were walking up to the doors and I was sharing a Very important life lesson, that also involved safety and the guy at the door basically greeted like a Marine and talked over me talking to my daughter and startled both of us! Like calm down, I saw you there, You were standing in the way of getting in the store good. 5 words bro, Calm Down and Move Over!
