Again this store with another unhelpful manager. Eric in this store is just not willing to help. I bought shirt from santa anita store and it started to pill. Eric didn’t return it and sent me back to santa anita. Aren’t you guys working for the same brand???? Zara is training useless people over and over.

Customer service is disappointing and managers need training. I was there to remove a sensor which they forgot to remove when I bought at last year’s sale items. Assigned Manager sent me back to original store to remove the sensor instead of helping to remove it at Pasadena. I am a long time and loyal Zara customer at many Zara stores . Her behavior is very unprofessional and I got disappointed at Zara in Pasadena, CA.

I was not impressed by that store due too low than average customer service. The new collection was not really nice. I have found some models but the sizes do not match either American or European sizes, they are smaller.
