I just called Dr. Aarons office to inquire if she was accepting new patients and the receptionist who answered the phone practically blew out my eardrum. She spoke very loudly and aggressively over the phone and put me on hold. Needless to say I hung up and won't be calling back. Very unprofessional behavior but not at all shocked since they are affiliated with Glens Falls Hospital.

I moved my primary care to Dr Love a few years ago. I can’t say enough good things about his practice. He is very attentive and caring. His nurses and support staff are extremely responsive. I am an avid user of the portal to communicate with the Doctor and nurse. I get a response usually within the hour. Amazing. Dealing with other health care providers, you can see and feel the difference. I rarely write reviews, but my satisfaction here deserves a post. Highly recommend.

My husband had gone to iron gate as a new patient with sever lung issues and all they did was want to put him on mental health medication. He has chronic pain and all these "doctors" want to do is be dismissive and push meds on to a recovering addict nonetheless. The lack of communication and understanding for my husband and the the other patients is unreal. I myself work in the medical field with elders and to see this type of malpractice is unbelievable. Iron gate needs to get an evaluation done on their facilities because by the looks and sounds of it this lacks complete worth of being a medical facility. The doctors need to go back to school and figure out how to be real doctors who have a thing called compassion.
