As I am aging I notice a few new changes in my body. Rather than throw my hands up in defeat I thought I’d make some changes. One of the many changes was trying acupuncture. I am so glad that I gave this ancient art a try. After I session I feel relaxed and ready to focus on my next task. My joints are more forgiving which makes me happy. Nirvana offers a relaxing environment: Soothing music , dimmed lights and a knowledgeable staff are the icing on the cake. Nirvana is great a reminding you of appointments and you’re able to schedule weeks in advance. Great local find!!!!

Alex is always attentive and a wonderful listener. She observes not only what I am saying but how I am looking and asks just the right questions so she knows what needs to be the focus of the days treatment. I had used acupuncture in the past for migraines and localized back or shoulder pain, but now I am learning how to deal with a new diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Alex's treatments have brought me some much needed rest and relaxation.
