This company sent me a duplicate charge that was already paid. Apparently it was "sent to collections" even after my FDOT balance is $0.00 and I have an accompanying receipt. Glad to know my registration gets blocked for paying my toll bill in full..

The worst!!! Will not remove a registration stop even if you pay through Sunpass. Will make you pay them for their "fees", which will cause you to pay twice. Florida government is the worst. All they do is tell you to check the mail so you won't miss a bill.

It's a scam. Sunpass sends the charges to THEA but doesn't remove them from their end. So you have to pay twice. And of course they blame each other and don't communicate with each other. Will never take the crosstown again. Would rather sit in traffic then be scammed by government agencies.

Got flat tire on crosstown in Brandon on Monday 8/11/22 and a road ranger immediately pulled up, changed tire and sent me on my way safely. Scary place to be with traffic flying by and not much room to pull over so I was so thankful for his help!!!

Keith, I don't work for THEA, but I do know that the transponder is your responsibility. If you have the removable unit, make sure it is working and not blocked from the view of the gantry. Both the removable and the passive transponders can go bad, it does happen. When that happens, the fall-back is the pay-by-plate which costs more. Test your particular unit on another tollway or simply replace it and use their app to manage your transponders. I agree with you that THEA isn't easy to talk to, but now that you have some info to fall back on...help yourself and pass it along. To a less stressful trip next time, cheers!
Go to the website and type in your tag and your birthday
I'm sorry to her about your father. It's so hard to lose them. As far as the toll just make sure his tag isn't missing. Someone could be using it even if its expired. I'm sure they will drop the fee if you let them know. Be safe.
We are sorry that you are having issues with your bill. I sent your information to our customer service department.
