I have no problems with Dr. Hashim but his receptionist, Kate, text messaged me yesterday asking if I would like to do a video follow up appointment to get my card extended. I replied yes and then she apparently schedule me for a 10:15 appointment today which I didn’t even realize because all of this was being text messaged while I was at work. When they reached out to me today I realized she scheduled an appointment on my behalf and that I had missed it, so I text her to tell her I wasn’t available at that time. She responded extremely aggressively that I should have let them know because that time could have been used with another patient....I told her I didn’t even realize she had scheduled an appointment on my behalf. We went back and forth via text and I am now awaiting a call back from the office manager. Kate was extremely rude and unprofessional and unfortunately not a great representation of Dr. Hashim, whom I actually like.

after months and months of pain, one visit with Dr. Hashim cured everything. feeling wonderful so far, thank you so much!!! everyone in the office is great!! Then he decided he only wanted to deal with medical marijuana, which most people like me can’t afford 🤬
