When I reserved my truck online the email confirmation said "Major credit cards are required at the time of pick up for Cargo Vans and Pickup Trucks." It did NOT say that I would need to provide two "emergency contact phone numbers" of people who would actually pick up the phone when the lady at the counter called them. I've never had this experience with any other automobile rental company including prior rentals at U-Haul. The only reason that I'm giving this location two stars instead of one is because I like buying propane there.

Excellent. Absolutely the best U-Haul I’ve ever been to. I reserved online for Saturday morning. When I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically, even though there was a line of people. Two people at the counter fast, informative, efficient. The line went quickly. I was 4th in line, and was checked in, hooked to my trailer and out the driveway in 18 minutes. During return, I backed the trailer into an empty spot. Again was greeted quickly by a very friendly man. He unhooked me and I was back on the road in 6 minutes. Amazing place. I have rented from this company from many locations in several states over the years. It seems like they are disorganized, and not a happy bunch. This place the opposite. I highly recommended this U-Haul location. Thank you guys for the great service.

Over charged me for miles. I drove down the street to get a couch from a friend and they are trying to charge me for 70 miles, when are most it was 40-50. Then I filled the tank before dropping it off and they tried to charge me for fuel. And I have the before and after pics, but they said they’ll Habe to call me in 3 days. Contacted corporate and the first person I talked to claimed to be a manager and she wasn’t, so I had to call back and they had to talk to her about lying. Just don’t trust them anymore. Ripped me off. Overall horrible people.

U-haul website says 15' truck has 7'3" opening. With a dolly and a foot long giant metal block that is part of the truck in the back opening it is clearly not 7'3" more like 5'-6' at best. Complete misinformation/false advertising on website. I couldn't put the object I needed to fit into the u-haul because of this false advertising and wasted a bunch of money and peoples time. No one has gotten back to me to resolve this issue so I hope you stay away from u-haul if you can. They are totally okay with false advertising and wont do anything to compensate you for it. Cheers!
