This has to be the slowest and most rude office in Martin County. The county needs to look into customer service courses for these workers.

The second week in a row wasted time going there. This time because of the systems being down which according to other reviews is not out of the ordinary. Really frustrating when they're only open on the one day I have off and not at all when my wife has off. Need to hire more people so they can have longer shifts at least work on a Saturday.

Yes you have to wear a mask and only so many people are allowed inside at once, all others wait outside. Also only Martin County residents are allowed to enter.

I was able to go onto the gorenew website in the past and change my address when I moved. It depends upon if you have the new Real ID or not.
