Amanda L is amazing! She was the First to greet us with a smile once coming into the store, she made sure we felt we can talk to her when needed and also give us personal space to shop. With one glance at her when we needed her help she was available with informational response to all of our questions ( she knows her stuff) , when disappointment hit when an item was not in stock or was going to take tooooo long of a wait to meet our time frame needed she had other ideas to show us. We spent there more than 2 hours shopping and time flew by with Amanda supporting us and validating our taste. AMANDA IS AMAZING, also she made our finance app a breeze! Will I go back? Walking into the store we were greeted by NOEL. We told him just what we wanted and he took us to view everything in our description. He opens drawers even pulling them out just to show how the wood was put together and how the tracks were durable. He was not pushy at all. He took all the time we needed showed us from very expensive to affordable for me to make my own decisions, which was great considering a lot of salespersons are paid commission. My overall experience was very enjoyable and actually relaxing knowing I was not be pressured or oversold anything. So thank you NOEL for making this purchase not feel like torture

The woman that waited on us was caring helpful and took all the time we needed. She had him lay down on several mattresses before he chose the one he liked. My son's looking forward to his new mattress. We purchased it pretty much just before closing Monday night and it's being delivered Wednesday morning. Fast delivery!
