The staff here are so so helpful. I walked in looking for an AC and there was someone right at the entrance. I asked him and pointed me exactly in the right direction. Then, when I was going to put the AC in my cart, it was a little heavy and an employee saw me and he came running over to assist me (I wish I got his name). Then, we got to the checkout and we noticed that we could price match and that the box was a little damaged. Talia was readily available to help us out. She checked in with her manager to make sure she could lower the price and then got it done for us. She was so sweet and just had amazing customer service. Very helpful and nice team that they have here.

My experience yesterday was above 5 stars as ANNA AND ALICIA WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I am a veteran 66-69, And I needed help to set up the scanning code so I would receive the 10% VETERAN discount. Anna set it up and when I finished shopping Alicia helped me ck. out as I was in the self pay line. They were very accommodating, so I would give them 10 STARS. THANKS AGAIN.

Will not recommend home depot for appliances delivery, service or installation. I understand current situation for late delivery but eventhough ordering them 3 months advance , still didn't get appliances on time and there is no communication of Homedepot with 3rd party appliances supplier if they really deliver on time or not.

I love going for paint pr hardware Cleaning supplies So great for home products UPDATE: TODAY I WENT TO THE HOME DEPOT IN SAUGUS FOR STORAGE BINS. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE BIGGEST VARIETY BUT I GOT WHAT I NEEDED. THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS VERY HELPFUL. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE ASKING IF YOU NEED HELP.
