LOVE this store!! The staff is always helpful and kind. They are very clean, even the restrooms and I enjoy bringing my kids here to choose books.

This is a nice B&N that I enjoy coming to. It's a decent size store, two floors, and they usually have what I'm looking for. When I need help, the staff are super friendly and have helped me find or look up what I was looking for. They always have coupons for the coffee shop when you make a purchase. If you're into board games or Legos, they have a legit toy section upstairs. It's pretty chill here.

The escalator has been broken for a month, the elevator can only fit about 5 people safely but it doesn't have a count sign on the door, employees more worried about hiding stuff they want to buy instead of helping customers it's ridiculous. Long line just to go down. Bathrooms always smell like p*ss.

For a membership, the cost becomes $25 annually and gives you 10% off everything in the store/cafe among other member related coupons. I signed up at the cafe, there is a small form you need to fill out but the staff were extrenly helpful and did their best to shorten the process...hope this helps!
