I have used Tri Thornhill on several occasions over the past 20 years. He is amazing and very honest. Everyone in his office is friendly and are very prompt to return your calls. Tri will talk to you personally and will call return your calls himself as well. To me this says a lot about his company. I don't feel like just a number. I would recommend his practice and Tri himself to everyone.

Do not go here!!!! They are a waist of time!!!!! They make you think the whole time everything is going good.... Then at the last min. They send a new guy in, who knows nothing. The ones you meet with for months don't even attend your court date. I was in a very serious accident which left me disabled and broke from medical bills and they sat on my case for 3 full years and made the time run out so I can't even get a new lawyer.... they ruined my life!

But if the at fault driver got a ticket, do i need to hire an attorney?

Michelle Audrina | Sep 22, 2022

Did you know that a jury is not allowed to hear that the at fault driver received a ticket? The police officer cannot testify who he gave a ticket to and he cannot testify who he thinks was at fault for the crash. The theory behind this is that this information is too prejudicial to the at fault driver and that a jury would find him at fault because he received the ticket. Insurance companies hire attorneys to fight who is at fault even though the at fault driver got a ticket. It’s up to a jury decide who is at fault.  You should consult with an attorney if you are injured; call us to go over your rights.

The insurance company just tried to offer me a quick settlement, what should i do?

If an injury claim adjuster offers you a quick settlement, make sure your health insurance or medical payments coverage didn’t make any payments because what that adjuster isn’t telling you is that you have to pay your health insurance or medical payments coverage back because of a federal law. Also, they may be offering you pennies on the dollar when they can pay more. So, what looks like money in your pocket may not necessarily be so.  Call us, and we can go over what your options are.
