Was nice to pre pay, but will say, I was lucky. Several other people prepaid and could not get a parking spot as they were full. I think it's horrible they allow you to prepay parking and then oversell. They give you an option to leave your keys in your car and double park, but there was no attendant there (no one there when we got the and no one there several other times when I went back to put stuff in the car), so who moves the vehicles??? I wil not be parking there again and I hope all those people without a space got their money back. What a joke..

Rip-off: Do not try to pre-purchase parking for Fenway at this garage. There is no access to the garage 2-hours before every home Red Sox game and/or Fenway event and 1-hour after the event has ended.

The website said that they close Lansdowne St. 2 hours before the game starts, however, we were instructed to ask a police officer or security guard to move the barricades if we showed them our prepaid parking pass. Unfortunately, there was not one police officer or security guard to move the steel barricades. We called the number of the parking garage and, instead of trying to help get down Lansdowne, he asked us to go to their office as soon as possible for a refund. The gentleman sounded like he didn't know how to help. It was pouring out and we didn't want to continue driving around Boston to find another parking garage for as cheap. Not very accomdating to paying customers! We ended up not going to the game...
