They do and they do trade ins ever since I started shopping there in 2021 and haven't been to another shop since I've bought 2 guitars 3bass guitars a couple pedals and a banjo a ukulele and a mandolin and I haven't ever been charged top dollar for any of them the owners are enthusiasts that know what it's like to be a struggling musician and they try to help anyone that wants to play get an instrument in their hands just really cool dudes
