The roads all need replaced! They also stopped the church from bringing free food distbution at the club house. There are retired Veterans here as well as disabled retired people that count on the food from the church. Sad!

The manager always be looking to fight wit people and throw them out to keep the house for free that is what I think and a lot of people feel me.
The lot rent average $600 per month and it's not worth it.

U gotta buy the trailer up front and pay the rent each month. I was up there this week and they got a lot of trailers for sale new and old. The new trailer be selling $40K and up. It ain't worth it to me for pine hills for real.
