This Mobile Home Park says 18+ can live with 55+, however, they don't tell you until you apply that if you go on vacation or are in the hospital the person under 55 must leave when you are not there. This could cause a problem if you are not aware of it ahead of time. That said it is a very nice park, the management is very nice.
