Absolutely will never stay at this place again. If you have kids don't stay here because they hate kids. They have a very rude pool monitor who watches constantly through a camera and when not looking through the camera walks around the pool area checking for pool passes and rule breakers. And by rule breakers I mean kids that like jumping in pools or playing with pool toy or people eating at the picnic table in the pool area when all you're allowed is water in a bottle. My son was jumping in the pool and granted there was a sign that says no jumping but we honestly didn't see it so this woman makes a point to point at my and tell him no jumping it's unsafe and written right there on the board. Again it was but could have been told in a less rude condescending manor. Then after she left my son did get out of the pool again and when he was getting back in decided to jump in, I pulled into the side and told him that the rules are no jumping. After speaking to my son this woman came walking in fast and says she heard me talking to my son but she wanted to make a point to tell him as well no jumping again and told him she would be watching him through the camera. if you already heard me tell my son not to be jumping why do you have to exert your authority to say it again? We then saw her walking all around the pool area and asking every single person to show her their pool pass. There was one woman that was there with her husband and he had his pool pass but she had not brought hers and she was forced to leave the pool to go get her pass and told that they would come back to check to make sure. It just seemed that the only thing you could do at a pool was sit quietly in the water not even lay in the water as there are no floaty beds allowed either or lay out on lounge chairs and do absolutely nothing else. I understand that rules are rules but their behavior in enforcing these rules were very rude. I was so disappointed in this because I used to stay at this Villa when I was a kid and wanted to have my children experience the fun of staying here but all they got was a very boring experience as well as interaction with rude staff members.

It would have been five stars, but they charged me the $250 breakage fee even after I painstakingly cleaned that apartment from back to front following all guides given to me and nothing was broken. The most damage done was probably my father coughing up on a pillowcase in his room, so as far as I'm concerned I got charged $250 over a pillow case. Aside from that it was a nice stay, one recommendation I would have is to hire a better exterminator, there are bugs crawling all over the outside of the units. Spiders, wasps, lizards, pretty much everything Florida. You expect to see a bit, and there were not any bugs inside but it can freak some people out there were also ants on the patio which just went everywhere. Also, our unit was fully stocked except for detergent for the dishwasher, might want to double check that.

Location is great, as mentioned before some are owned privately, of one goes for sale, who knows.
I know a owner who does have if you want
About 10 minutes by car. But the resort is so amazing, you may find yourself spending more time there than at the beach!
I believe it is no pets allowed. Or, at least no dogs allowed.
Very good and clean, 10 minutes drive from Anna Maria Island I've stayed there 3 times. It's a condominium or flat with 2 bedroom, kitchen, and lounge. Food shopping 10 minutes walking hope that this helps as I don't know the exact question as I only speak English
