There is a nice swimming pool and courtyard. There are shopping streets and supermarkets on the opposite side. There are some old shopping streets and restaurants in the back, which are quite atmospheric. However, in the actual room for three nights, the view from the window on the 2F is the tin roof of the central corridor. The view from the window full of greenery on the booking website is completely different, disappointing, and the sound insulation is poor, which is indeed a troubling problem. There are better options for such a price in the nearby area.

I LOVED the rooms and my view of the pool from my little balcony. That’s where my love of this hotel ended. We booked a meeting for a work function here which ran us close to +$10k and the service was below sub-par. The one saving grace was the young gentleman at the front desk who was both friendly and helpful. Everyone else was either rude or non-existent. We were required to use the restaurant for a meal as part of our package. Both times we got stuck with ONE server for a party of +14. She was slow and not great. We’d pre-ordered our lunch order and ALL OFF THE FOOD WAS COLD. We had several guests in our party who were vegans and they had to wait long after everyone else was served for their food. Only to be served the same side veggies we got as part our non-vegetarian meals. The few times I needed additional items in the meeting room (white board and different connectors for the projector) the guy from the sales department was rude and not helpful. It was clear we were an inconvenience. When I reserve a hotel for a company event for 14+ people and the hotel requires: a corporate card on hold for all reservations, a pre-order for all appetizers to the dinner they’re requiring us to have on site, and another meal pre-ordered, I expect someone from the sales department to come find me and introduce themselves to make sure everything is up to par. I don’t expect to have my entire team wait to check into their rooms with a rude front desk attendant and for cold food at the restaurant.

I loved the place, room, service, location. There's an indian restaurant with so many vegan options too. I just loved the place so so much, wish i could stay longer.
